Your new job During the concept phase, you will be responsible for independently recording customer requirements, organizing opportunities, and coordinating internal departments and external partners. You analyze and evaluate technical, regulatory, and operational customer requirements and use them to develop customized IT solutions that you present to our customers. __ You will participate in tenders, calculate solutions taking TCO/ROI into account, and develop transparent and economically viable offers together with internal stakeholders. You will complete certification processes from partners and manufacturers to keep your IT and cloud knowledge up to date. __ You will support sales in workshops, customer meetings, and presentations and contribute your expertise to the offer and tender phases. You have in-depth insight into current ICT technologies and platforms and integrate #manufacturers, #partners, and #internal delivery units into your concepts. You present complex solutions clearly and convincingly at a technical level, for specialist departments and C-level management. You contribute new ideas, product demos, and advice on digitalization topics.
