Work in a global team to collaboratively design and develop a platform that provides world class Compliance tools and services that is compliant and able to provide best user experience and stick to the regulatory requirements Review the business requirement and come out with Product Requirements Document (PRD) to ensure the project is executed according to schedule to meet the deadlines Communicate with Engineers / Designers as well as internal stakeholders like Compliance and Customer Service to ensure the products offer the greatest value are prioritized Track and analyze key metrics to solve issues and drive continuous improvements Constant refinement on workflow design to ensure the system is intuitive for seamless operation to drive the efficiencies and user experience Support the Regional/Global Heads and work with different stakeholders to coordinate the implementation of product Articulate new features and enhancements to users and internal stakeholders __ Requirements 5–8 years of proven experience as a Product Manager, preferrably in the #tech, #fintech, #finance or blockchain industry Strong background or hands-on experience with Compliance processes such as AML, Transaction Monitoring etc. is a significant advantage Proven ability to lead complex projects and deliver scalable solutions in fast-paced dynamic environments Expertise in product lifecycle management, preferably within an agile framework Exceptional time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize objectively Logical thinker with a talent for identifying and articulating rationale, assumptions, and risks Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of working effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and results-driven environment.
