Responsibilities 1. In accordance with #Tencent Group's compensation and #benefits policy, assist in conducting #targeted compensation market #research, annual compensation adjustments, the development and implementation of projects such as long-term incentive grants and annual performance bonuses for the supported business groups. 2. For the #supported business groups, within the framework of the overall group policy, participate in the customization of incentive plans that meet the characteristics of the sub-sectors, and improve and #optimize processes for implementation. 3. Help #professional consultants and HR managers of the supported business groups to conduct internal compensation and benefits data integration and #analysis to assist in professional judgment. Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least three years of experience in compensation and benefits related work (such as fixed salary design, short-term incentives, benefits management, long-term incentive management, etc.). 2. Prior work experience in consulting firms and enterprises is preferred. 3. Positive work attitude, strong execution, excellent communication, motivation and problem-solving skills. 4. Candidates who can speak English as a working language are preferred.
