Job Description Primary Purpose of the Job Provide legal #support for #QatarEnergy’s domestic & international ventures for #industrial projects (“Project Activities”), covering business development (e.g. initial opportunity screening, due diligence, deal structuring, drafting & negotiation of all relevant agreements, regulatory approvals and venture set-up) as well as the management of existing ventures. Project Activities can include E&P elements where sufficiently integrated with midstream / downstream activities.
