We collaborate with brands and sellers to curate engaging assortments, run high-impact campaigns, and enhance the overall #Shopping experience for our users. Responsibilities Seller Activation: Conduct initial outreach via phone, email, or chat to introduce the opportunity and assess seller interest. Seller Operation/Comms: Develop and maintain a structured approach (e.g., surveys, interviews, trackers) to collect qualitative and quantitative feedback from existing sellers. - Synthesize seller insights into concise reports that help identify common operational pain points (e.g., order processing, logistics, product uploads). Relationship Management: Act as a point of contact for day-to-day seller queries, concerns, and assistance — ensuring timely responses and escalation when needed.
