The SEA #Integrated Marketing team crafts and executes integrated marketing and communications strategies that resonate across Southeast Asia. This role supports the Mall Mega Deal IP campaign, leading planning, execution, and post-campaign analysis. It involves cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning for LIVE and Short Video formats, and performance analysis to drive campaign success and innovation. __ Be responsible for the operation and management of the IP campaign-Mall Mega Deal. As the POC, need to organize and manage the project objectives and processes, and #lead the team to achieve the goals (from planning, creative brief, execution, to post-campaign analysis). __ Set goals, approach strategies, and short-term and long-term implementation plan for scenarios of LIVE, Short Video, and #industry management, and ensure continuous iteration and accumulation. __ Manage the implementation of strategies for specific #projects, coordinate resources; collaborate and coordinate across stakeholders from end to end, including working with internal account managers, creator manager, and other cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with business goals. __ Conduct #data #analysis on campaign performance (including order and GMV targets), good at problem orientation and problem solving, such as innovative ideas, partnerships and activations that enhance #campaign performance __ Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing tools to keep campaigns innovative and effective.
