Key Responsibilities __ Performs claims assessment by obtaining necessary claims documents from the relevant parties i.e. insured,#solicitors, underwriters, agents, #brokers, etc, to making decision on policy liability and provide offer or rejection to customers. __ Handle complaints from local authorities, insured & agents. __ Conduct negotiation & attend court when necessary for selected contested cases. __ Take action to recover claims by way of subrogation. __ Attend to claims query from #customer, agents, brokers, branches and claims hub. __ Identifying processes which can be automated and/or simplified that might include system enhancement.
