Conduct cost/benefit analysis and/or break-even analysis for various assignments by Financial Planning (FP&A) #Team leader to identify improvement opportunities. __ Build new/improve existing accounting processes to ensure data integrity and efficient analyses. __ Provide financial analysis to prioritize and lead cost reduction efforts. __ Provide analytical support for staffing optimization initiatives. __ Create financial and cost #models from scratch to complete sound recommendations. __ Source, analyze, and report quantitative data; perform ad hoc analysis. __ #Analyze trends, formulate #projections, and evaluate savings initiatives. __ Develop monthly/quarterly financial reporting (actual and forecast) and annual budgeting. __ Provide fact-based insights into variances and trends. __ Educate, communicate, and partner with site leadership. __ Work with #functional leaders and other #finance functions to build scalable financial processes and metrics.
