Responsibilities About the team Our TikTok #Search Operation team plays a key role in improving TikTok users’ search experience by #investigating user feedback, evaluating search result, #analyzing data, etc. In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time. Responsibilities 1. Responsible for improving the search strategy and product usage experience, and producing valuable search strategy optimization suggestions through #product #satisfaction evaluations, strategy evaluations, special annotations, competition evaluations, and search user negative feedback case evaluations, etc. Work with PMs and R&Ds to promote strategy implementation. 2. Responsible for routine monitoring and analysis of search scale and search quality-related indicators; monitoring, intervention, or feedback processing of sudden hot topics and top queries on the site, as well as conducting evaluation and research on recommended words (SUG, SAR, RS, etc.) under search recommendation scenarios; gain insight into the characteristics and search needs of overseas users, and explore effective methods to improve search scale and quality. 3. Conduct routine security inspections on search terms to promptly discover and deal with missing or accidentally damaging search terms that pose potential security risks, in order to ensure the safety and experience of online search effects. 4. Collaborate with the US operations team to optimize the search effect of key vertical content, improve the experience of various operational campaigns in search scenarios, conduct campaign banner configurations and results page intervention in a timely manner, and enhance users' understanding of search.
