Your Impact In this role, you will blend consulting skills with McKinsey's digital solutions and industry knowledge to serve clients on R&D projects. You will work in an intellectually challenging environment, developing strong problem-solving and leadership skills. You will assess R&D, product development efficiency of client and drive R&D productivity enhancement. You will enhance product design effectiveness and quality attributes. You will also co-develop digital, generative AI, AI use cases to help client drive overall R&D competitiveness, collaborate with strategy and sales team to optimize product portfolio and technology roadmap, as well as elevate clients’ s overall R&D performance jointly with cross-functional team in Operations practice through Digital Transformation Programs. __ Additionally, you will collaborate with McKinsey’s global network and functional practices to develop cutting-edge knowledge in R&D, and lead various initiatives to build proprietary knowledge on R&D topics. You will work closely with clients, often on-site, to tackle complex challenges. Our robust training, coaching, and mentoring programs will support your professional growth. You will be based in our Taipei office and will be part of McKinsey’s Operations practice in Greater China. Our Operations practice assists our clients in solving complex operational challenges. Blending strategic thinking with hands-on practicality, our teams of consultants and experts work to develop and implement operational strategies that solve our clients' most critical problems. __ This group strives to improve productivity and effectiveness of our clients by working to create higher-value products and services and more attractive product lines.
