Provide technical support for #SAP SuccessFactors Payroll, including issue resolution, #configuration, and testing. Review, modify, and update existing SAP SuccessFactors #Employee Central Payroll configurations. Configure payroll rules, wage types, pay components, and deduction models. Manage annual compensation updates, including merit increases, bonus payouts, and salary adjustments. Support performance review cycles and ensure alignment with payroll processes. Onboard and configure new payroll vendors within the system. #Manage and maintain integrations between SuccessFactors and third-party systems (e.g., finance, time tracking, benefits). Collaborate with #HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure data integrity and compliance. Monitor and troubleshoot integration jobs and middleware (e.g., SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, or similar). Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features or enhancements. Document technical processes, configurations, and integration flows. Support audit and compliance activities related to payroll and data exchange. Provide end-user support and training as needed. Ensure payroll configurations comply with local and international regulations (e.g., GDPR, labor laws). Maintain detailed #documentation of configuration changes, integration flows, and support procedures.
