#Technically Lead, #develop, and #motivate engineering teams responsible for the System Design and development of Anthem Applications for Regional/Business Jet/General Aviation (BRGA) programs. This will be a customer facing role and you will be responsible for Systems Integration, integration of HW modules, coordination of builds between IFS systems, cross functional engineering teams and be a liaison between Honeywell team and customers focals on Systems integration. __ You will participate in all phases of program development and drive high impact growth projects. Technical Lead, develop and motivate the engineering teams responsible for the design and development of Anthem applications for Regional Aviation / Business Aviation / General Aviation (BRGA) programs. This role will be customer-facing and you will be responsible for systems integration, hardware module integration, build coordination between IFS systems, cross-functional engineering teams and serve as a liaison between the Honeywell team and customer points of contact on systems integration. You will participate in all phases of program development and drive high-impact growth projects. __ Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements, implement integration solutions and generate target builds Lead integration best practices and technologies and Offer technical guidance and mentorship of integration practices SITS product development. Strong knowledge of SITS benches, various HW modules and leads SW integration of various sub systems on the bench __ Support the development, integration, testing activities of avionics solutions to meet program requirements Lead coordination with product groups and customer focals and be a liaison to the customers by owning the technical solution of the program. Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events. Strong problem-solving capabilities and has the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Possesses strong knowledge of Anthem architecture, Anthem processes and tools Possesses strong knowledge of SITS bench HW, Systems interfaces, Systems integration and installation __ Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements, implement integration solutions and generate target builds. Lead integration best practices and technologies and provide technical guidance and mentoring on SITS product development integration practices. Strong knowledge of SITS benches, various hardware modules and lead the software integration of various subsystems on the bench. __ Support the development, integration and testing activities of avionics solutions to meet program requirements. Coordinate with product groups and customer points of contact and serve as a liaison to customers by supporting the technical solution of the program. Being self-sufficient and able to work with little supervision, consistently taking the initiative to complete tasks, doing things before being asked by others or forced by events. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Possess in-depth knowledge of Anthem architecture, processes and Anthem tools. Possess a solid knowledge of SITS bench hardware, system interfaces, systems integration and installation.
