Responsibilities Evaluate process technology against customer needs and constraints. Conceive and/or develop a process flow most suitable for the combination. Design equipment and/or technologies to match the specifications required to help customers maximize profitability and sustainability. Collaborate with partners on technology risk and technoeconomic assessments. __ Convey and document your work in #presentations, #reports, #block flow diagrams, process flow diagrams, piping and instrument diagrams, heat and material balance, etc. Direct and review the process related work of internal and external engineering teams producing detailed deliverables for FEL1 – 3. Provide input to related research projects as well as software and workflow development projects. Perform complex process simulations utilizing business-defined software. __ Perform equipment process design and sizing. Perform Peer Reviews of team design work including proposals, cost estimates, deliverables, and fabrication drawings. Provide process technical support for troubleshooting. __ Perform on site start-up and/or troubleshooting, when needed. Maintain and develop own competency through training and adequate experience. Comply with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements as defined in the risk control matrix.
