Understanding of Sanctions & CTF risks, controls, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements. __ Support the development and implementation of compliance #compliance monitoring and testing frameworks within a second line of defence environment, with a focus on Sanctions & CTF risks. __ Assist in identifying, documenting, and assessing compliance risks related to Binance’s #binance activities, and provide input and recommendations as needed. __ Collaborate with internal teams across Compliance and other departments to help manage Sanctions & CTF related risks effectively. __ Keep up to date with regulatory and internal changes that may impact Binance globally. __ Help assess the FCC risk profile of various business areas and support related projects, policies #policies, procedures, and systems. __ Participate in knowledge sharing initiatives within the team and industry to stay informed about evolving regulations and risk trends. __ Develop basic project management skills by supporting projects and helping to deliver quality outputs on time. __ Communicate challenges and different viewpoints professionally while building positive working relationships. __ Some exposure to external stakeholder interactions such as regulators, auditors, or industry groups is a plus but not required.
