As an Mechanical Engineer in our manufacturing team at P&G, you will play a vital role in optimizing production processes for our renowned brands. Your responsibilities will cover reliability, quality, safety of our equipment and processes in one of the 2 organizations within Rakona – making or packing. You will start on the 1 year long Junior Manager Program to become technical expert focused on innovation, maintenance and optimization of production systems with the possibility of worldwide application As a part of your job you will participate on redesigning and development of mechanical components and systems You will monitor conditions of existing equipment and optimize its performance and maintenance requirements You will participate on planning and coordinating of projects with other team members ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and with attention to safety and quality requirements. This role is an excellent and unique opportunity to advance in a high-reaching career at P&G by growing your  technical and leadership skills.
