As an #HR #Generalist, you'll play a key role in both #operational and strategic HR activities. You'll serve as a trusted point of contact for both #managers and employees. You're adept at combining data and structure and thrive in a dynamic environment where you can be agile and prioritize effectively. __ You'll effortlessly transition between administrative tasks and more complex HR issues, and together with the HR team, you'll actively contribute to the development of a modern and future-oriented HR environment. __ Advising and coaching managers on various HR topics, including performance management, absenteeism management, talent development and change management. __ Drafting employment contracts, maintaining personnel files and processing changes in close cooperation with the payroll #administration. __ Prepare and #analyze HR reports to support strategic decision-making – including proficient use of Excel (such as pivot tables and formulas).
