Leverage analytics, data and deep customer insights to identify and execute innovative programs that continually push market initiatives to the next level __ Support the design and development of reporting dashboards and presentations; establish templates and processes for regularly sharing out progress and results with key stakeholders __ Providing end-to-end analysis support across different application areas __ Support development of the contact strategy with ad-hoc analysis and projects. __ Continuously develop and support the ‘Insights & Reporting’ activities and be comfortable in working on complex analytics requests __ Ability to turn complex data into compelling reports to support business performance storytelling __ Storytelling using #Data Visualization tools. Proficient in building, maintaining & redesigning reports and dashboards __ Run and Maintain complex #analysis and manipulation of data from multiple internal and external sources __ Understands effectiveness study and experienced in planning/targeting for business activities based on learning from previous activities __ Working collaboratively across multiple sets of stakeholders – business SMEs, IT, Data teams, Analytics resources, etc. to deliver on #project deliverables and tasks __ Identify actionable insights that directly address #marketing challenges / opportunities __ Articulate #business insights and recommendations (based on model output) to respective stakeholders
