The Tech Lead carries the technical vision of the product. They are responsible for ensuring the quality of the code, are involved with developers, and develop certain items themselves. They are an integral part of a Scrum Squad, dedicated to the development of Toll projects. More specifically, their activity is organized around the following missions: Design of technical solutions Contribute, in conjunction with the software architect, to the definition and monitoring of the architecture of technical components in application of the white paper (best practices defined by the Company) Participate in the development and updating of the white paper and ensure its proper application Contribute to architectural choices: participate, at the start of each project, in the drafting of the project architecture document and participate in the committee process implemented Contribute with the development team to the production of detailed technical specifications of the components taking into account the requirements defined by the software architect Developments and recipe Support, train and develop the skills of team members (developers) Ensure code quality and promote good development practices within your team Guide and supervise all technical aspects of development from design to deployment, ensuring that the requirements defined by the software architect are taken into account Collaborate with the Product Owner to translate functional needs into reliable technical solutions Collaborate with other Tech Leads to share and align on best practices Ensure that the instructions transmitted by the governing departments of the AS 24 IT Department (architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure management) are properly taken into account Define the framework and tools used by developers (IDEs, PIC, development and deployment environment) Provide support to the integration teams and contribute to the component acceptance phase in the acceptance environments Carry out active technological monitoring to offer innovative and effective solutions.
