Act as an ‘antenna’ and support tracking any political and regulatory movements in key European member states with important Toyota presence. Build relation with Governmental affairs teams at national level. Bring them up to speed about new regulation proposals and support in activating local engagement. Support national Toyota entities in their inquiries on data, external Toyota representation or events. Coordinate monthly reporting process to top management in Europe and Japan. Develop narratives and presentation materials for use at internal or external events to promote Toyota’s position. Organise the bi-yearly Pan-European Governmental Affairs meeting.
