Carry out all on-site #technical activities related to the installation, commissioning, repair and maintenance of our energy #storage #products and supercharger #network in Reims/Cerny and abroad as required __ Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis, both remotely and on-site __ Act as the first point of #contact for providers __ Analyze recurring issues and provide insights to engineering teams __ Prepare, organize and plan your own technical activities __ Support: Travel to remote sites (Reunion Island, Corsica, etc.) to support our technicians on these sites. __ Perform all on-site #technical activities: related to the installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance of our Energy storage and Supercharging network in Reims/Cerny region and abroad when needed __ Troubleshoot: and perform root-cause analysis, both remotely and on-site __ #Stakeholder management: Act as the first point of contact to contractors __ Team work: recurring issues and provide feedback to the engineering teams __ Organizational tasks: prepare, organize, and plan your own technical activities __ #Support: Traveling to remote locations (La Reunion, Corsica, etc.) supporting our Technicians in those locations.
