Channel Leadership: Oversee execution and optimization across all owned media channels (email, SMS, push, message center, ICDS, direct mail, in club radio, gas screens), ensuring cross-channel orchestration and consistency. Optimization & Insights: Establish robust measurement, experimentation, and reporting frameworks to maximize ROI, improve targeting, and drive continuous improvement across channels. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with data science, analytics, product, and marketing leadership to ensure alignment of owned media strategies with enterprise priorities. Innovation & Foresight: Stay ahead of evolving retail, consumer, and martech trends to proactively identify opportunities for new tools, tactics, and approaches that enhance the member experience. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of channel managers and operators, fostering a culture of #collaboration, #curiosity, and #innovation at the intersection of marketing and technology. Qualifications __ 10+ years of experience in retail marketing or digital media, with expertise in martech platforms, personalization, and data-driven marketing. Proven ability to bridge marketing and technology, with strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with data science and analytics teams. Deep understanding of owned media channel management, campaign operations, and measurement best practices. Strong leadership experience managing high-performing teams in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments.
