The LIVE Ecosystem Governance team plays a crucial role in ensuring platform integrity by designing product strategies, moderation mechanisms, and governance solutions to support sustainable growth. As a Product Manager, you will help develop governance tools, optimize ecosystem strategies, and drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance livestreaming experiences. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an #internship in 2026. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. It runs for 12 weeks. Develop user education strategies to promote positive engagement and prevent violations in the livestreaming community. Ecosystem Analysis & Insights: #Analyze livestreaming #trends, governance challenges, and user behavior to identify risks and improvement opportunities. Leverage data-driven insights to refine governance strategies and optimize moderation processes. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, operations, Algo, and Data teams to enhance governance efficiency and drive product iterations. Support internal prioritization and resource allocation to ensure smooth execution of governance initiatives. Feature Rollout & Stakeholder Communication: Assist in the launch of new governance features and policies, ensuring clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. Monitor and respond to user feedback, continuously refining governance tools to improve #livestreaming safety and user experience.
