This role is critical in ensuring #Benefits processes run effectively, #system issues are resolved promptly, and enhancements are delivered to support #business #operations. The resource will work closely with #AMS, business stakeholders, Payroll, and HR teams to stabilize and advance Benefits functionality. __ Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional #designs and system solutions. Support implementation of enhancements such as new benefit plans, journeys, and transitioning existing payroll organizations to non-payroll orgs who only subscribe to benefits and not payroll. __ Configure and maintain #Oracle Benefits modules, including plan types, rates, eligibility profiles, enrollment rules, and other core setups.
