Strategic HR Partnership: Act as a strategic #HR Business Partner to #business leaders across Singapore and #KL markets, supporting #organizational growth and people development. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives. Provide insights and recommendations on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational #design. People Strategy & Operations: Own and execute People Strategy, employee lifecycle processes, and Admin operations across both markets. Ensure compliance with local employment laws in Singapore and Malaysia in all HR practices and policies. Maintain and continuously improve HR operations and administrative excellence in line with local needs and global standards. Performance Management: Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning. Provide coaching and support to managers on performance-related matters and employee development. Implement programs to recognize and reward high performance. Stakeholder Engagement: Lead stakeholder engagement across diverse geographies and senior leadership, acting as a thought partner to business heads. Partner with Talent Acquisition for seamless workforce planning and hiring; no direct reporting lines from TA. Employee Relations: Address complex employee relations issues, providing guidance on conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. Foster a positive work environment by implementing best practices for employee engagement and satisfaction. Ensure compliance with employment laws and #company policies, conducting investigations and resolving issues as needed. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with employment laws, #regulations, and company policies. Manage risk related to HR activities and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues. Stay updated on HR best practices and #legal requirements to advise the organization accordingly.
