Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in the laboratory __ Represent QA #Laboratory in daily #production meetings __ Executes ISO Quality #Management System (QMS) procedures/standards critical to product realization and conformity requirements __ Arrange for safe and procedurally-correct recycle of mercury and disposal of mercury-containing waste __ Knowledgeable accuracy, precision, limitations, applicability, standards, and calibrations. Interprets, records and reports data accurately - acts if needed __ Coordinate the procurement of reagents and other supplies and services needed to run the laboratory __ Collect and analyze composite, grab and other requested samples from the plant __ Follow the standard procedures, perform required analytical tests on samples and notified supervision of any out of specification results __ Perform quality control testing on composite samples of railcars and overseas shipping containers, following standard analytical procedures. __ Enter analytical results into quality reporting database (PQR) in an accurate and timely manner __ Perform required testing on reference samples to ensure quality of results generated, responding to any out-of-control signals on reference sampled #Statistical Process Control Charts
