Payroll Administration: collect all payroll related information from managers #Manager , prepare, generate, check, and submit payroll figures on a monthly basis for more than 5k employees. __ File Maintenance: maintain the internal files and shared files with the providers to ensure data accuracy and efficiency (using Google and Excel #excel sheets). __ Payroll Check: conduct payroll checks on the providers’ results and ensure data accuracy and data completion. __ Tax Support: help our employees with any tax-related questions with the support of our providers. __ Payroll #payroll Coordination: be the go-between HR #HR , Finance, Legal and the Outsourced Payroll Provider to ensure there is clear communication between departments for efficient payroll service. __ Leave Management: make sure all our employees provide Baja/Alta or the locally required documentation and make sure our payroll provider is informed and updated in our internal system. __ Payroll Explanation: explain the payroll for all couriers, supporting them with any doubt. __ Payroll Support: support the rest of the People team or any other department that needs it for any topics related to our employees’ payroll. Help keep our colleagues happy!
