We are seeking a seasoned Capital Markets Director to spearhead our #transition to public markets through strategic transaction execution and institutional partnership development. This senior-level position requires deep expertise in navigating complex public listing pathways, including reverse takeover (RTO) structures and alternative routes across multiple jurisdictions including Canada, the United States, and other strategic markets such as TSX Venture Exchange, Cboe Canada, and Nasdaq.
