Together with your colleagues in the payroll team, you are the central point of contact for employees and #managers of the entire LEW Group in all matters relating to pay and working hours. __ You ensure the monthly payroll processing for a defined group of people in compliance with legal, collective bargaining and company regulations, maintain the digital personnel file (DPA) and SAP HR, and internal control system (ICS) #audits. __ In addition, you will handle correspondence with health insurance conduct regularcompanies, insurers and authorities on all billing-related matters. __ To ensure we always stay up-to-date, you drive #digitalization topics forward and optimize internal workflows. __ Furthermore, you will handle questions regarding our time tracking system and make corrections as needed
