As part of the legal department, you will provide legal advice to Lechwerke on energy-related and civil law issues . __ You will set clear guidelines, provide orientation, and develop sensible, practical solutions. __ Your focus is on providing legal advice to our retail sales team – whether it involves marketing electricity products, developing charging solutions for e-mobility, or selling innovative energy solutions and new #products. __ As an enabler, you identify opportunities, foster innovation, and create the necessary legally sound framework. __ You independently resolve #legal issues arising from day-to-day business, draft and negotiate contracts until their conclusion, and ensure their legal compliance. You communicate potential risks clearly and in a solution-oriented manner. __ You will collaborate on interdisciplinary projects and working groups that address future-oriented topics in the energy sector. __ As a team player, you will build trust and foster collaboration within the legal department and with other #specialist departments. __ If necessary, you will accompany legal proceedings and, as required, manage external lawyers (admission as in-house counsel is possible). __ You ensure compliance with legal requirements, support continuous process optimization, and always keep the needs of our internal and external #customers in mind.
