Figure is an AI robotics company developing autonomous general-purpose humanoid #robots. __ The #goal of the company is to ship humanoid robots with human level #intelligence. __ Its robots are engineered to perform a variety of tasks in the home and commercial #markets. __ Figure is headquartered in San Jose, CA. This role will require frequent travel to customer sites and you can expect up to 75% travel. __ The Deployment Engineer is a key #team member in a #customer facing role, responsible for the deployment and continued evaluation of the system in multiple use cases, with this role specifically focused on the home use case. __ Support engineering with deployment and development, serving as an on-site representative __ Develop testing plans and support procedures for the customer site, prioritizing the #product roadmaps and development goals __ Execute robot commissioning and testing at the customer site, including tracking and analyzing collections, coding and debugging as necessary __ Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain the desired performance and reliability of the robot in the field __ Work with engineering to troubleshoot #hardware and #software issues as they appear and documenting learning to develop new SOPs __ Plan and #execute the #logistics of deploying early-stage robotic systems to homes and apartments __ Work with robot operators and technicians as the site lead, ensuring required work is completed and tools, spares, and equipment are available __ Communicate feedback to engineering clearly
