Participate in all phases of the Talent #Acquisition process: gather position requirements from hiring managers and TA Partners, promote open positions via job portals, conduct screening, recruitment, assessment, candidate relationship management, and onboarding process. 2. Professional partnering with the TA Partners , hiring managers and team leaders on hiring needs. Source, target and build pipelines of candidates' databases. 3. Support hiring related project(s), and/or optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 4. Achieve a holistic business understanding through #collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams.
