#Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and close-out of all facility-related engineering projects (e.g., HVAC upgrades, #electrical systems improvements, plumbing infrastructure, structural modifications, energy efficiency initiatives). Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and #financial targets. Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, #engineers, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success. Oversee permitting processes, inspections, and compliance with all relevant building codes and safety regulations. Manage the selection, procurement, and installation of facility equipment and systems. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for all projects. Conduct space audits and needs assessments, gathering requirements from various departments. Manage seating assignments, moves, adds, and changes (MACs) efficiently, minimizing disruption to operations. Utilize CAD software and/or CAFM systems to maintain accurate floor plans and space data. Forecast future space requirements and propose solutions for growth or consolidation. Develop and maintain standards for office layouts, furniture, and finishes.
