Lead ADAS #Technology Strategy: Define and execute the North #American ADAS technology roadmap, aligned with global #Bosch strategy and customer needs. This includes ownership of the architectural vision, technology selection, and development processes. __ Drive Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation and explore emerging technologies to maintain Bosch's leadership in the ADAS space. Identify and evaluate new concepts, algorithms, and hardware to enhance our ADAS offerings. __ Build and Manage High-Performing Teams: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of highly skilled engineers, fostering collaboration and individual growth.
