The team is responsible for building the TikTok Ecommerce partnership for the TikTok e-commerce business in the US. As a #project #intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities: Support Account Managers in merchant cold start, including #product listing, store setup, campaign registration. Assist in diagnosing and resolving #merchant #operational issues (logistics, pricing, content compliance). Track and coordinate merchant preparation for platform campaigns, especially BFCM (e.g., inventory readiness, discount planning, livestream scheduling). Conduct market and competitor research to provide insights for merchant growth strategies. Help manage creator and agency collaborations (sample shipment tracking, content output monitoring). Provide weekly reports on merchant performance and campaign readiness.
