Plan, direct, and coordinate the supply, replenishment, storage, and distribution activities of the company's materials and products. • Manages warehouse personnel and equipment, overseeing safety and hygiene in the area. • Maintains a close relationship with the #manufacturing team to #optimize resources without interrupting the #production process. • Receive, store, #package, and distribute direct and indirect materials and finished #products, in strict adherence to specifications and procedures to ensure quality and timely delivery, and to meet our #customers' requirements and production schedule objectives. . Manufacturing planning and support: • Manage staff to supply supermarkets and production lines according to the schedule established by the programming team. • Manage the picking and kitting process from warehouses to assembly and other production areas. • Control physical inventory levels within the warehouse. • Ensure timely cycle counts to maintain accurate warehouse inventory and prevent production shortages. • Maintain direct communication with production areas for optimal material supply. • Align activities with work instructions and/or procedures based on the quality system. 2. Release Management: • Coordinate and manage engineering changes and new projects to optimize raw material requirements in conjunction with #MOE, #QMM, and #ENG. • Define the volumes of new materials within the warehouse for dimensional stability. • Manage the budget for the company's new projects in terms of storage and distribution costs. 3. Staff development: • Establish and propose career development plans for direct reports. • Define, evaluate, and monitor established annual objectives. • Develop the team through mentoring and coaching with all team members across the value chain. 4. Safety, Environment and Quality Policy: • Understand and ensure the implementation of the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 according to the processes used within the organization. • Promote safety, health, quality, and environmental protection in accordance with ISO 14001/ISO 45001/ISO 9001 and applicable standards.
