This #engineer will lead the development, implementation and initial application of advanced #automated test suites and other hardware to test various automotive systems and components. The ideal candidate has a proven record of success in the design and development of #mechanical test equipment and controls as well as their application in an engineering/ #manufacturing environment. __ They must have a broad #technical background with the ability to work with engineering, manufacturing and quality personnel across a wide variety of #technological domains. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are an absolute requirement to establish effective working relationships within and outside of #Tesla. __ Support Test Engineering team in the specification and development of apparatus and test suites for essential #product validation programs. Develop, design and implement robust systems for static and dynamic testing of vehicles and their subsystems. __ Improve current test suites and setups for increased reliability, ergonomics, user friendliness and optimize footprint for efficient use of lab space.
