This person will lead #service training and procedure development for all BOP equipment [HV & MV]. This includes working with the #Design and EHS teams to identify high-frequency pain points, creating service procedures to address them, and ultimately developing and deploying multi-layered training for both internal and external customers. __ They will also provide direct support to Field Service #Technicians for complex troubleshooting, shutdowns, startups, dead checks, and remote diagnostics at the system level. Additionally, they will be available for on-site support as needed for major evolutions or emergency response. __ Develop MV service and switching training curriculum for internal and external customers. __ Work with the training, design, and integration teams in defining product requirements. Deploy service and switching training – both in-class and on-site Respond to field failures – work with the FA team on RCA and creating a solution.
