Provide Tier 2 support for #Fintech partners and clients using our Developer Hub and APIs. __ Respond to support tickets within defined SLAs, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions. __ #Troubleshoot API-related issues and escalate complex problems to Integration #Engineers as needed. __ Assist with onboarding new Developer Hub users and guide them through documentation and setup. __ Collaborate with Integration Engineers to stay up to date on connectivity #technologies and best practices. __ Contribute to internal knowledge bases and support documentation. __ Participate in cross-training to build foundational knowledge in SSO (SAML, OIDC), RESTful APIs, and other integration technologies. Support QA and testing efforts for internal tools and processes as needed.
