Lead the rollout and adoption of Candescent’s partnership #program, aligning execution with organizational goals and stakeholder needs. __ Manage day-to-day #partnership operations, serving as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external partners. __ Continuously assess and improve partnership processes for efficiency, scalability, and #cross-functional alignment. Collaborate with Sales, Product, #Marketing, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless partnership execution and resolve challenges. __ Develop and deliver training, documentation, and communications to drive adoption of partnership processes and playbooks. __ Establish reporting and governance #mechanisms, tracking KPIs and providing insights that inform ongoing improvements. Design, maintain, and enhance Quickbase applications that support partnership workflows, reporting, and data integrity. Automate and integrate workflows using Quickbase Pipelines and APIs, ensuring smooth connectivity with other internal systems.
