You will play a key role in working directly with our hiring leaders in #Hardware and #Software Engineering functions across the company to recruit and attract leading talent to the company. __ If you are an experienced #recruiter, who is a self-starter, has experience in semiconductors and/or #data center infrastructure, can work autonomously, and is results-oriented, we want to hear from you! __ Work directly with hiring #managers in assigned areas across the company to meet hiring targets on time and with #quality, top-talent. __ Devise and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract passive #talent to Celestial AI. __ Own the candidate recruiting lifecycle including identification, sourcing, assessment, scheduling and candidate debriefs. __ Build and #maintain candidate pipelines in specified areas to ensure predictable hiring cadence. __ Partner with existing members of the talent #team to continuously improve efficiency of talent processes, and speed of hire. __ Maintain accurate reporting of recruiting activities for frequent updates to hiring managers and #Global Head of Talent.
