Monitors service providers in work activities, ensuring the application of #HSSE rules and #regulations Ensures strict compliance with the wearing of #PPE and work clothing during #operations, etc. Activity : Carry out preventive and curative maintenance interventions (1st level ) on service stations and buildings Receive and respond to requests for intervention issued by Headquarters staff, service stations, #Lub/LPG depot, dispatch, garage as quickly as possible Carry out the administration and monitoring of the execution of intervention requests in the #CMMS in order to have the equipment repaired within the #contractual deadlines or those agreed with the service providers Ensure the proper intervention of service providers in the event of outsourced maintenance Responsible for implementing and monitoring the maintenance plan Carry out a tour of the service station network at least once a month during which he will draw up a Visit Sheet to be sent to the Maintenance & Works Manager and to the DEX Oversee the management of spare parts inventory and stored equipment Ensure purchases from the creation of the PR to receipt (MyEproc) In liaison with other departments, ensure the integrity of service station installations (ICPE) and buildings
