● Oversee the full spectrum of #Human #Resources functions, including #Talent #Acquisition, HRBP, Training & Development, Employee Relations, HR projects, etc. ● Collaborate closely with senior business leaders and their teams to formulate and implement HR strategies that promote organizational and employee excellence across the region ● Design and implement talent acquisition solutions to meet #Alibaba #Cloud's explosive business growth, and establish recruitment plans and effective recruitment channels to ensure that all hiring needs are delivered efficiently and accurately. ● Manage the local onboarding processes and partner with the SSC/ Staffing team to ensure seamless integration for new and relocated employees ● Ensure company HR policies, practices and programs comply with local employment laws and provide clear interpretations to employees and managers ● Organize events and activities to drive a positive culture across the teams and departments. ● Undertake other ad hoc projects as required.
