The position will be composed by 2 dimensions : 1/ Business Strategy Analyst : • Conduct #comprehensive market and economic analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within Energy sectors and in particular LPG, lubricants, Solvents and bitumen industries in India and South Asia. • Develop and maintain economic models to forecast market conditions and assess the impact of various scenarios. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather relevant data and insights for strategic initiatives. • Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations on micro-economic trends, market conditions, business performance and strategic recommendations. • Support the development of long-term strategic planning, performance evaluations, and business cases by creating dossiers and presentations for senior management. • Build #financial valuation models to evaluate the feasibility of new projects. • Design data modeling processes to create algorithms and predictive models and perform custom analyses. • Communicate synthetic reports/analysis for Senior Management decisions Market Intelligence. • Conduct primary and secondary market research to gather competitive data and performance benchmarking. • Develop and maintain tools for market assessment and competitive landscape to support #strategic planning process. • Analyze and critically examine operational and financial data and highlight crucial issues on projects /plans. • Analyze and understand the economic and business environment to explore the future projects feasibility. • Carry out detailed data analytics to derive insights from market and competitor data. 2/ Regional Energy Access business developer This part of the mission aims to deploy and develop the activities of sales of energy access solutions on the geographic region of India. The position is based in India and is under the responsibility of the Energy Access Business Development Manager (Paris head office). This aims to assist the affiliate TEMIPL which is already active in this Energy Access activity in the development of the sales of the related products and pilot their activities. This includes : • coordinate the activities of the MS India to develop the sales of products (lamps, lanterns, solar kits) • assist affiliates on the logistics and commercial aspects, and coordinate the reporting of the activity in particular towards the head office • be the focal point of the solar managers in the region in the communication with the head-office • participate in the deployment of the Energy Access strategy defined by the head office team towards these affiliates, in particular regarding the marketed products, business information, tools and trainings proposed • progressively transmit the sales and marketing expertise of this sector to the affiliates • participate in innovation projects related to energy access in the region.
