Activities Responsible for supporting the Regional Sales Director in developing pipeline and closing projects by selling power contracts to Commercial & Industrial customers in the Philippines. Supporting the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) business, including but not limited to marketing, business development, sales and customer service. Help develop accurate market targeting, including identifying customer and market opportunities and establishing a balance of long-term pipeline and short-term revenue. __ Develop an effective channel management plan to ensure TotalEnergies is recommended and introduced to strategic opportunities. Identify and target strategic clients and projects, establish long-term & trustful relationships with customers. Guide and participate with the project team to implement the customer and project plans effectively. __ Be flexible and proactive to deal with complex situations and achieving sales targets. Understanding the business ensures its financial health and striking a balance between sales, operating expenses, and profits. Support marketing plans to grow TotalEnergies brand influence. Represent TotalEnergies in Public Relations communications, including seminars, conferences and business associations. __ Develop accurate market targeting, including identifying customers and market opportunities, establishing a network of agents and partners. Identify and target strategic clients and projects; establish a balance of long-term pipeline and short-term revenue. Participate in the technical team to effectively implement the customer and project plans. As the in-country focus, maintain all #contractors, #clients, and #government relationships are kept professional. __ Ensure the company’s financial health and balance sales, technical and operating expenses, and profits. The performance will be assessed by pipeline generation; projects closed, project profitability, revenue, customer relationship enhancement, brand influence, enhanced competitiveness and team building. Philippines is a highly challenging environment due to solar being a nascent industry especially in B2B based DG segment. __ • In addition, government regulations for companies wishing to adopt solar is problematic and sometimes challenging to navigate. • Researching, identifying, and selecting potential customer selection is a key and a significant and fundamental part of the job. • Understanding the Philippine business climate and internal workings is critical. • Knowledge of the construction sections is also required to maintain and adhere to TotalEnergies stringent HSE standards.
