Ensure the day-to-day #supervision and #animation of your #unit (Process Leader, Maintenance Leader and EO): manage the schedule, define the SQCDMN objectives and lead them, be a relay for site communication, carry out interviews, engage your team __ Evaluate the skills and performance of its employees. Identify training needs, support, develop and monitor on a daily basis, in particular through coaching actions. Manage the team's skills (construction, updating, monitoring of skills matrices, identification of training needs) and support the development of the team's skills __ Guarantee the availability of finished products in safety, quality and quantity while controlling costs and losses __ Supervise the activity and manage the impacts related to any contingencies by implementing appropriate action plans (e.g. adaptation of the order, tests, etc.) __ Work in coordination with interlocutors from other cross-cutting units/services to optimize workflow and resource mobilization __ Build and manage your roadmap in order to achieve results and propose and implement productivity actions. Analyze and track results, losses, and non-achievement of goals. Prioritize and monitor action plans. __ Animate performance management rituals (DDS 24h, weekly, mensu, etc.). Be responsible for and coach methods, improvement tools (e.g. BOS, BDA, IPS, etc.) and IWS systems (e.g. CILS, Centerlining, etc.) __ Lead the resources necessary for the proper functioning of your unit in the short and medium term (e.g. pals, processes, energies, etc.) __ Be a driving force in the development of the department's team spirit by promoting information sharing and collaboration (e.g., participating in planned shutdowns) __ Communicate with colleagues/department about ongoing/completed actions, roadmap or projects in the area/site. __ Be the owner of a system or a process in a cross-factory system. As such, you ensure that the standards and the site's capability are respected and properly applied. __ Pilot (build, lead, manage, monitor progress) the QHSE roadmap within its scope. Demonstrate a high level of requirement in compliance with standards, coach your teams on a daily basis to raise awareness of the risks (e.g. BOS, FDR animation)" __ Be responsible for the safety of your business unit. In the event of an incident/accident, apply good safety management practices and carry out the analysis of the causes. Carry out analyses of the sector's accidentology and manage action plans.
