__ Contribute to the coordination of business controllers by aggregating, analyzing, and validating the consistency of reports, and initiate corrections in collaboration with relevant departments when necessary. __ Consolidate forecasts, budgets, and long-term planning (PLT) based on headquarters’ assumptions and input from operational activities for the M&S Germany division, in coordination with the supervisor (analysis and aggregation). __ Identify, analyze, and comment on deviations from the budget or PLT. Support business controllers in the timely and high-quality preparation of various reports covering all areas of M&S Germany, intended for senior management and M&S Europe (including CAPEX reporting, dashboards, and CMO reporting) #Report . __ Identify optimization opportunities, particularly in the development #development of processes and tools (e.g., automation or AI #Ai), propose actions, and implement them in coordination with the supervisor. __ Participate in the development of various performance indicators for senior management and the M&S Finance Directorate (e.g., ROACE, CMO, BFR, cash flow), including their creation, validation, and adaptation. __ Contribute to business reviews, AR meetings, balance sheet committees, and specific assignments, including the preparation of presentations.
